Need a Warehouse or studio unit for Short

I'm looking for a warehouse or studio in any location to film a simple short comprising of a skeleton crew and four actors in August. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Do you have any money? Are you insured?

How big does the studio need to be? Are we talking Ardmore size or smaller - there's a lot of studios around but most wouldn't be able to double for a warehouse.

There are however a few empty factory spaces/warehouses down along the docklands. Maybe a walk around there one day and a chat to a few security guards or phonecalls might help.

If Galway is an option for you 091 Labs would welcome this, there is plenty of space for you to work without interruption but it is a shared space so you wouldn't have it all for yourself.
