    Hi,

I am looking to keep my existing MP3 collection tagged correctly.
Am using Easytag but for the life of me I can't seem to renumber files from 01,02 etc to 101,102 etc.
Either it doesn't have the option or I'm missing it.
Can anyone help or suggest a better (subjective) more up-to-date MP3 tagger ?

    Thanks.

    Ste-

    Wait...
You have a bunch of correctly tagged and named files and you want to mess that up?

No what I want to do is to have a multi cd album tagged with 101,102 instead of using the CD tag or different album names.
I will check out MusicBrainz Picard.
MP3Tag on windows had this capability but I'm trying to steer away from Windows.

    Try MP3tag on wine maybe?

I always do this kind of thing with bash scripts. I could maybe help if I knew more about your directory structure.

I ended up running MP3Tag through wine, works great.
