godaddy ftp problems

    Hi Guys,
    A little help would be really appreciated.
    I'm trying to ftp my site onto godaddy's service and its damn hard.
    Cuteftp wont connect to the site and i cant figure out why.

    godaddy is very infuriating. All its pages take an age to load and its hard to search for the right help topic!

    Im using ftp.theirishhypnotist.com as my site
    then the usual login and password which are right im fairly sure.

    But then both cuteftp and dreamweaver cant login to it

    Any ideas?
    Is there more to be done?
    I seem to recall having to setup ftp on a godaddy site before using their webpage but i cant find the link anywhere...
