I'm looking for accommodation in Westport for this Sunday night. There is 5 of us and as we are students travelling around the country the cheapest possible accommodation is what we are looking for (hostel, B&B, cheap hotel etc.). Or is it possible to rent self catering apartments for one night only? Any suggestions would be great!

If you search there are many threads on Westport accommodation. Lots of self catering but it's very busy and hence expensive this time of year. Try some of the links in this thread...

Cheers, I try some of the places listed in that thread. Also do you know can you get a self-catering apartment for one night only?

While there is a lot of selfcatering accommodation in Westport, thye usually prefer to let for longer than one night - cost of checking and cleaning etc has to be covered. Have heard of some long weekend lets.

Atlantic Coast Holidays Distillery Rd Wpt are agents for most of them apart from Harbour Mills The Quay ( about 95 apartments ) who have their own management.

Meanwhile Neworder 79 has put up a very comprehensive list of websites.

    Enjoy your stay.
