From Ratoath to City Centre take the 105 timetable here: http://www.buseireann.ie/pdf/1264767578-105.pdf
From City Centre to UCD take the 10 or 46a (this will leave you at the Belfield flyover.
46A timetable here:

10 timetable here: http://www.dublinbus.ie/en/Your-Journey1/Timetables/All-Timetables/10/
(not as frequent as the 46A) this will bring right into UCD itself
