    Hi,

I recently had a horrific break up with my ex and unfortunately will see him around on a regular enough basis, I can't forgive the way he has treated me we had originally left things amicably enough but he decided to go out of his way to hurt me and then cut all contact. What should I say if I see him out and about, ignore him or just say hello and keep walking?

I worked with an ex, the best you can do is stay civil and keep the conversation to civilities. Don't act snotty, it will only backfire.

That's what I thought but the fact he has completely ignored me I was thinking I might look a fool if i'm all like Oh Hello!

Keep him at a distance. Be civil and polite, don't engage or instigate conversation, acknolwedge him if he addresses you and just pass yourself enough that he can't accuse you of acting the b1tch.

A polite, but not overly friendly, salute should suffice. By the sounds of it, he hardly even deserves that, but maybe it'll convey to him that you've gotten past what happened, and are now just indifferent to him.

You may feel differently inside, but he doesnt need to know!
    Good luck!

I know how you feel regarding this. Just smile and say nothing. No need to speak to him after he treated you so badly. Best of luck x
