German channels that have players like RTE player,4OD,etc

Does anybody know of any?If so do You know if they stream some programmes live like the RTE player?,any info or URL's would be much appreciated. Meant to say for anyone who is new to boards links to anything that is not a legit way to view foreign channels are against the charter. I would hate to get someone hung by them…
