EPG/Browse problems on NTL?

Is anybody having problems with these? When I press the OK button or "More Info", nothing comes up, only how many minutes are left on the program when I press OK. While Browsing, I can't see what programs are on after the 2 listed, and on the EPG, no programmes appear for any of the channels. I've tried restarting the box…

I cant see any channel at the moment. The LCD display on the Digital+ HD recorder shows the channel but there is nothing on screen.
Living in South Dublin.
