Have a Zyxel modem and now for the first time want to use wireless but it is asking for a wep password to join the network. I got this modem 4 or 5 years ago from BT and have no record of this password. Any idea how to solve the problem ? thanks

It should have a web configuration page - hopefully you can find/change the WEP there, or preferably even upgrade it to WPA. Find your gateway IP address with "ipconfig /all" at a command line, put that address into your browser, its probably 192.168.x.x
