Another outlook question.

I use outlook 2007 everday. Up to recently I always used the Control + R shortcut to instantly reply to emails.
Problem is that recently this stopped working and now I need to use control + R which highlights the reply button and then hit enter to activated the reply function. This is a pain.
I cannot find the reason for this change anywhere.
