Chorus Termination---Address

As the title says , I need to find out if there is a specific address (or Department) to which a cancellation letter must be addressed.
I want to cancel my Chorus mmds service asap and would prefer if my letter went straight to the revelant people, rather than "sitting in a drawer" somewhere.
I am in the Limerick area so I presume the letter will go to their Limerick office on the roxborough Road.

Is it any harm to ask you how good or bad you found the mmds service. Did you have the digital service? Multiroom? Digital+?

Re contacting them, would you not try www.upc.ie/contact us. They promise to reply within 2 days. Dont know if they stick to that promise.

Kristopherus, I have the basic mmds service. No real problems with the service (although they did drop Discovery Turbo last year).
I am going Freesat as I will get most of the channels I want and no bills:)

The letter must go to the address in East Wall, cannot remember it from when i cancelled, but they will they you the correct address if you ring them, i think they are "5" on the phone menu.

Also remember in 32 days, to call them again to collect any equipment, otherwise they will they to invoice you for the non-return of the equipment.
