    9:30 - 12:00.

    Just said id start a thread for Business :) ill i know is im doing the accounting! :D

    Me too. :D Right so in paper 1 i've my budget and club accounts and in paper 2 i've my ledger and trial balance :D

    Did the auld JC myself in 2008- 2 yrs ago and I did 2 papers. There's only 1 paper for the LC though.

    trading p&l app. accounts are my best friends :) bar trading not bad either :)
    household budgets are thee best :) also something flowcast or okay :p

    theory just gnna make up haha

    got 81% in mocks so hopefully can push it to an A i will be so happy if i can :)

    my weakness is defo the general journal/ledger thing :S
    what are your weaknesses in business???

    I'm steering clear of the double entry and trial balance to be honest. I'm perfect at it and never fail at all but my problem with it is time management. Only a half hour for all that ruling and a/c naming?
    I'll do it at the end if I have time as in the pre's I had a lot of spare time.
    I got 86% though so the other questions don't seem to be too bad for me :D

    Time is gonna be my big thing for this. Ill most likely do the budget and club account in paper 1 then paper 2 the ledger and trial balance. Theyre so long though :/ Hope we get a delivery system question! :)

    It came up last year if I can remember correctly.
    But due to the stupid economic crisis, I'd expect something again of the sort on the paper.
    Business chief examiner sets the questions on the paper usually in conjunction with what is happening in the current climate ie. the bleedin' recession!

    lovely we will get a nice question on deprication or the factors of recession

    Econonmy is due to come up anyway comes up every 3/2 years and the current econemy is in the news a lot so it looks like it will come up =]

    i dought national budget will come up as it has came up for the last 3 years and usally its every 2 years and a year left without it

    also industrial relations looks like it might spring up it hasnt come up in the last 3 years 2006 and 2002 was the last time and with current state of jobs and people getting redundant in it might come up

    personal Banking and bank Accounts
    Club Accounts
    *People at work and Payslips

    Yes, I left an hour early, yes, I did 5/6 questions (yes, I know we only needed four) and yes, I quite liked this paper.

    Very unusual Q1. Unlike anything I've seen before. Still easy, but.. weird.

    A good paper. I did 5/6 questions, didn't do the club account one.

    I got my budget right, that was a strange budget..
    The question on economic growth was hard enough, so I doubt that will be counted.
    The short questions were easy and the other questions were fine.

    Is GNP(gross national product) what economics growth is mesured by?

    and i think paper 2 might be harder
    i think insurance
    dilivery systems
    Buisnesness documents

    MAybe buissness finacnce and planning cause there was a smiliar Q on paper 1 and maybe marketing =?
