channel frequencies - ntl (getting other channels)

Hi. I have ntl digital and wanted to watch 'house' on hallmark channel. Unfortunately it was close to being over so i wanted to switch to hallmark+1. Unfortunately there isnt a hallmark +1 on ntl digital. Im wondering if there is a way i can input the frequency to receive this channel? - i know on sky digital you can input…

Hi.

Im wondering if there is a way i can input the frequency to receive this channel? - i know on sky digital you can input the channel frequency to receive any channels that aren't on the pre-set EPG.

Not possible. UPC (NTL) don't carry Hallmark +1. All the channels they broadcast are shown on their EPG.

You can't add any frequencies to the UPC box.
