Chorus/UPC Your smart card Problem

    Hey not very tech minded so just a quick question.Dont even know if Im posting in the right area. Since earlier today I am getting a "Your smart card cannot be used in this digital decoder" on my screen. Im in Portlaoise and have the basic MMDS package(not digital). RTE 1 and a few other channels work but most dont. Now since Customer Service are closed/useless would anyone have any idea as to what I could do or if anything can be done? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

    New cards were sent out to everyone earlier in the year (or was it last year?), if you still have an old one it may have stopped working. What does your card look like?

    I got it all sorted thanks! I got no new smart card,just needed to be rebooted.
