Broken UPC Pace Box

Only got UPC installed today, and somehow snapped off the female RF input to the box when we were moving furniture - doesn't seem to be repairable, does anyone have any suggestions of the cheapest/free way to get another one? Edit: it's a DC621KU

You will need to contact them, each card is paired to the specific box you have, Ive never seen any of them break off in all the years I was installing them as crap as they are... tell them installer left on top of tv and it fell off lol...

instead of blaming some poor installer, ring them and it will be replaced free of charge
