Minimum Wage Help :/

Hey
So here's the deal...
i work part-time in a pub/nightclub.
This is my fourth year working there and i turned 18 last week "22nd"

i was on €6.06:mad:
Here's My Question will i automatically get paid minimum wage, because i read on loads of websites/forums that if you have 2 years or more years working there,you have the right to the full minimum wage.:rolleyes:
And Do i have to nag my boss about it? or will it automatically change my wage?

you might have to nag! but don't be afraid to. If you're entitled to it, then the law is on your side.

This is the bit of infor you need:

Sub-minimum rates from 1 July 2007

The National Minimum Wage Act provides the following sub-minimum rates:

An employee who is under 18 is entitled to €6.06 per hour (this is 70% of the minimum wage)
An employee who is in the first year of employment since the age of 18 is entitled to €6.92 per hour (80% of minimum wage)
An employee who is in the second year of employment since the date of first employment over the age of 18 is entitled to €7.79 per hour (90% of the minimum wage)
This phasing in of the National Minimum Wage also applies to employees who are over 18 and enter employment for the first time.
