smart card error !!! NOT

Anyone come across this........... Watching tv, when suddenly a message appears saying 'smart card error, the smart card belongs too another UPC media box, insert correct UPC smart card' Now we have had the same card since we got digital plus and no techi help to be had past 10pm with UPC......... Arghhhhh, more that a bit…

there's a recorded message on their customer support line that they're aware of the problem and are working on it
