This bugs the hell out of me. On outlook i have two folders.
Anyone know how i can separate them.

have you thought about using different email clients for the different accounts? I have three mail accounts... I use Outlook for one, Thunderbird for one and Outlook Express for the third. helps to sort out the issue of having to decide which email address you are sending from for each particular mail as well.

Windows Live Mail has separate inboxes for each e-mail account. You could install that and import your messages from Windows Mail.
