OK I'm sure this is simple but I'm trying to clear it up before I ring them up.

Currently we have the basic ntl(upc, whatever) pipe into the house. I want to change the internet from eircom to upc and get the cable TV package while I'm at it.

The question is, does the pipe stay the same? or do they re-do it?

I have the pipe into multiple rooms and want to keep that. Very confused about how it works with them.

Edit: Sorry title is misleading for this forum.
