UPC new install

Just changed over to phone, bb, tv from sky, the Upc installer left, and when I went to tidy up I looked at my sky box and he had cut the cables that feed the signal from sat at the back, I went upstairs and he had cut the cable goin to my other sky box in the bedroom, didn't take or use any wires just snipped right at the…

WTF??? I had to give sky notice and paid for the next 2 months, He wasn't even puttin tv in the room where the second sky box was, is he supposed to do this???? Polish tit

That is outrageous. Completely outrageous. It is your equipment, your cable and he has destroyed it. I'd ring UPC and tell them that you need completely new cables run in and make sure you get a quote from the most expensive installer that you can find.
