Perhaps you are getting confused. It says you save a fiver. The way the present the figures - the savings highlighted underneath the total cost - you could easily think that it's the total cost.

    No im sure!

Quick question: I work for GAME (just a lowly sales assistant), would it be kosher for me to post bargains I come across at work? It's of no benefit to me, but I know there are rules around advertising and that kind of thing.

I know I could've just posted and nobody would ever know, but I don't want to break the rules anyway!

Unless the company are paying you for it I wouldn't worry (and knowing GAME I know they're not!).

Much better bargains to be had on GAME's website though. e.g. GoW3 £24.99 online €34.99 in store.

HMV Henry St. had Little Kings Story for 12 euros new today. Supposedly it's a fantastic and original JRPG that got great reviews. Picked it up myself.

What an awful game, Im suprised they dont give it away for free, or pay for it to be taken away. Played the first 15 mins..turned it off , sat in cupboard since. Probably my biggest waste of 40euro ever.

Live in celbrige, you can have it for free if ye can collect

I didn't even make it through 5 minutes of the demo... Couldn't figure out where I was supposed to go thanks to the utterly crap level design.

I didn't expect much but I'm enjoying it for a tenner, much more than I expected. Even the rather "gamey" mechanic of collect-gold-and-intel for upgrades is better than I thought. For a console shooter on PC, the feeling of the controls is solid too.

Cool, then here's my first one: We (Game in Cruise's Street Limerick) have the limited edition Beatles Rock Band (full instrument pack) for 55 euro on the Xbox 360. They were over 200 quid up until last week, so it's a pretty serious bargain. The Band Hero full instrument pack is the same price as well.

Hope this is of use to someone!

Ah come on, it's not that bad. Kept me interested enough to play through to the end, at least.

I'll never understand how some people will decide that a game is "terrible" or "completely useless" after 5 or 10 minutes gameplay and then, not only will they never give it a chance but insist to everyone else that their opinion of said game is the right one.

Not all games are for everyone and some games are genuinely broken even upon release but some games simply require a little time to really open up like Wolfenstien or Bayonetta. you might still hate them but at least then you can say you gave them a fair go and that you sounded like a rational person doing it.

Bought and read through the tutorials. Very good game. Looks cack on my monitor though, is there any way to run it in a window? :(

Try right clicking on the shortcut, properties and putting " -window" after the target.

I'm sorry, but if the level design is so broken in the opening room that it's not even clear where you're supposed to go, I'm not going to waste any more of my time on it finding out what lies beyond. With an average rating of 72 on metacritic, I think I'll sleep safe at night knowing that I haven't missed out on much. (not saying that's a bad score, just by no means an essential game)
Definitely not worthy of being mentioned alongside the fantastic Bayonetta!
