    Not necessarily every week but you would see improvement. Still hated the thing though.

    In the club I went to/will be returning to there were 5, 7, 11, 13, 17, 23, 34, 45 . . . year olds starting so you'd probably be fine. :D

    i use to do tkd got to either brown or high brown cant remember...it was the one where you first get the red suit?
    Anyway i started failing gradings and generally got bored of doing so many patterns and not enough board breaking and sparring so quit.

    I was in the association with grandmaster hee il cho as the head guy.

    no it was tae kwon do it went

    white,yellow,orange,green,blue,purple,brown,high brown,red,high red,black,black dan 1 and up to black dan 10.


    Must have been a different association
