A car park would be more useful

A nice park with a playground would be a nice addition to the area. There is a cool park in Seattle that they turned an old factory into a play area.

Some parts are fenced off but a good portion you can climb on and stuff.

they're not exactly hurting for cash though, so they might wait till things pick up before doing anything drastic.

Oh, and did ye all see the UPC light show in the R&H Hall building?

I'm flying back Saturday morning. Fingers crossed. i don't even want to look at how bad things are until the day before. People will get some laughs out of me if I get stuck here again!

How's things there. I had the longest day ever today. There are problems arising in this huge project, problems I knew would happen but what can you do. I am kinda feeling bad leaving this project now as I getting on so well with people. When they find out they will be so disappointed :( - i'm having 2nd thoughts about things now... I'm such a confused person!

I've a couple of family members flying back from London Friday, hopefully all the disruption will be done with by then.

it's not the people that you're leaving - it's the project. if it's not right for you, then you have to go. it always sucks leaving nice people behind, but it's not about that.

    hope they get home!

Ah yeah you right. Thing is though it such a lovely project but it's so big and so little time. I feel though by me leaving, the rest will be under severe pressure. But then I guess you have to look out for yourself!

I'm thinking of staying in my accomodation until August, and drive to limerick for the first few weeks. See how things go. I really don't wanna leave Cork :( But I'll manage it I'm sure, done it before when I was out in intel...now that was boring spot, Shannon ha

if I've learned anything in the last 10 years, (and I may well not have), it's that you do have to look after yourself. no body else will.
you can burn out in a project, but it won't stand to you.
