can ip address of bb modem renew dynamically?

i have vodafone bb. Is the ip address i'm assigned only done when my modem\router connects or is restarted or can it be reassigned dynamically by the bb provider?

Im with Vodafone Also and the IP address changes very often, I never reboot my router

Your address changes periodically. there is not set time frame, its controlled by the provider. Why is it a concern, are you looking to port forward or something?
