    When I want to access my e-mail after supplying user name and password another website comes up named zirkon asking for username and password again, this only happens from my laptop.
    This looks like phishing.
    How did I get this bug?
    How do I remove it?
    Please is there anything I can do without reinstalling all software
    (windows 7)?

    Is your laptop using the same internet connection?
    If this is something that is actually on your machine you may be better posting in Virus & Malware removal
