Issues with EurosportHD

Guys,

Was trying 2 watch the snooker on Eurosport HD yesterday, the picture and sound was stuttering all day...anyone else experienced this? All the other HD channels on UPC were fine.

Same here, started happening on Thursday. Phoned UPC and they told me there were no issues - went through the usual checks and sent a signal boost to no avail. I've an engineer coming out to me on Tuesday (seems pointless now as it seems to be widespread).
I think we need more people to phone and complain before something is done to rectify.

Just got upgraded yesterday and Eurosport HD is unwatchable. It is constantly pausing and losing the sound. I have a call logged but am awaiting a call back (but it is not the only issue I am having).

yeah been the same for me for the last 2 days as well. Wrecking my head as I'd really been enjoying the snooker in HD.

Edit - sods law, seems to be fine now, although the problem was there this morning before I went to work.

It has improved - but I can confirm that it was still acting up at the time that I made my last post.

well I've had it on for about 20 minutes now and it's been fine since then and given that it was stuttering every 5 seconds before this is a massive improvement. Would like to know what the problem was though.

We had similar problems with Crime & Investigation HD last month, haven't a clue what is going on down there.
