Red dots on legs after drinking??

Hi all,, Since about a month ago ive been getting red dots on my legs the morning after drinking beer. It only seems to happen when i drink a lot in the one nite. And also i dont get it when i drink vodka. Could it be that i am allergic to beer? Can anyone shed some light on this for me??
