Possible Redundancy

    Hi,

Looks like my employer might be offering redundancy in the coming weeks, the thing is i'm on a flexi-time contract and there has been some significantly large variations in my weekly wage. Ranging from 40+ hrs a week to a contracted minimum of 8 hrs. Is there any way of estimating a possible payment so i'll have an idea if they try to shaft me? (which i'm pretty sure they will try their best to) I've had a look at citizens information but that only allows you to calculate based on a standard week. I'm there nearly 5 years.

Any info would be greatly appreciated,

    Thanks
