hD Channels

Got a upc hd + ( cisco ) box a few weeks back, flicked on to the extra hd stations a few times, about 7/8 extra stations

Going through the stations tonight, got the aul you are not subscribed to the ( hd) stations? Have you to pay extra for them or is this just a fault with my box?

Some you have access to, some you don't. It depends on the package you're on. You don't have to pay extra for HD channels, as such, but you do have to pay for the package that includes those HD channels. BBC HD should be available on all packages, for example.

On the full package i think ( movies,sports, everything else) just seems in the past 48 hours the HD Channels are now extra?

This can happen every so often. To fix it, just go to the settings and perform an automatic scan. The box will find 153 ish tv channels and 30 odd radio. Press OK and hey presto, all channels work again!!

Tried that got the 153 stations but when you go on to the HD ones says you are not subscribed even though it was working for a week.

Thinking about it maybe the problem is box 1 is an old standard digital box while box 2 in multiroom is a hd+ box, so maybe you have to have the hd + for both? Was working for a week though....
