how to port forward on a router?

    i need to open the ports on router for voip.
    can some one guide me how to do it?

    Protocol - UDP
    WAN Port Start - 5060
    WAN Port End - 5062
    LAN IP Address - lan ip of my device which is fixed
    LAN Port Start - ???
    LAN Port End - ???

    pls help
