Analog NTL in other room

    Hi there,
I have NTL broadband and cable (NTL+, Skysports, ESPN etc) in my front room. There is an outlet in our bedroom but cannot get any signal. I am guessing this has not been activated?
Is there anyway to get around this? I hear that the only thing that I can do is get someone to come out (with the lovely task of waiting around) and pay €50 for the privelage.
I am not looking for full service in the bedroom - just the standard 12-14 channels that you get by pluggin direct into the wall.

    Thanks:confused:

The cable in the bedroom might not be connected to the service cable in the outside box on the side of your house.

In an apartment I am afraid. How could I locate this box?

Is it something that I could do myself?
