could anyone with knowledge of hps target master let me know how they performed and what muzzle volocity they have

Jack,

It totally depend on what Rifle your pushing them out off?

In my RPA Quadlock i think there coming in at around 2950 fps which will keep you supersonic out to 1000 yards.

Hps also do a milder loaded 155 which is slightly cheaper and is good out to 800 yards.
