Switched on my box at 19:00 and my favourite channel, BBC-HD is just a blank screen. All other channels are ok. I was worried that somehow the HD circuitry was blown but I had a recording of last fridays JR show which played fine. So I think the signal not leaving its source at UPC headquarters. I was worried that somehow the HD circuitry was blown but I had a recording of last fridays JR show which played fine.
So I think the signal not leaving its source at UPC headquarters.
I called them up and they have a pedantic simpleton proof step by procedure that you have to go through and nobody is any the wiser afterwards, just weary and even more browned off.

Having the same problem here, really annoyed. Surely they have a TV connected in the call centre
