havent seen fight but from scores it seems Clottey was just happy to be in the same ring as Manny and tried his best not to get Ko'd

Floyd is money mad but he aint that money mad - Manny takes him to school and Floyd knows this

also i would like to point out at this stage that there was a rumour that Manny only moved up weight because he sparred with the mighty Dunne, seems he didnt want to hang around at sbw with Dunne, is there any truth to this??

So I assume Pacman blew your mind?
Always does since he moved from 126.

You were impressed with Clottey? Impressed with what?

Thought it was going to be a first round ko. So I was impressed that he lasted that long. This was the first time I've seen from Clottey so I though that he was just a backup fighter to replace Floyd.

Don't think Clottey has ever been KO'd, maybe someone can confirm/correct this for me?

He's was a quality opponent on paper, don't think anyone would ever consider him as a backup....but Manny's just far superior(compared to almost everyone!)

Clottey has only ever been down once, and it was more a balance issue.
It was vs. Cotto in rd 1

No man has done to Clottey what Pac did. We all knew that Clottey could be lazy, inactive and ponderous, but this time he was all those becuase Manny was simply like a whirlwind for 36 minutes. Even when Clottey opened up, Manny took it a level higher to again overwhelm.

i feel honoured to be alive to see pac man fighting live.
he is one of the greatest fighters of all time ,not just best pound for pound at the minute.
also the respect the 2 boxers showed to each other last night was a refreshing break from the usual .
clotty looked to me like he was saveing himself for the later rounds ,trying to get pac man to punch him self out , i was worryed up until the 9th when i realised he just had no answer to the incredible speed ,work
rate ,and accuracy of the living legend pac man:D
we need pbf and pac to fight this year to see them both at their very best, i dont want to see it 5 years down the road when they are both past it.

as Manny Steward said if a past it DLH had a higher workrate he'd have beaten Mayweather in their bout. so, if Mayweather and Pacman do square off, just imagine what Pacman with his workrate will do.... yes mayweather will avoid a lot of Pacman's punches, but he is going to get caught more regularly than he's used to, so will he be able to take what lands? I don't think so.
