    how doi keep avidemux in sync? its mainly downloaded youtube clips i want in divx/xvid format

    use keepvid.com to get your videos and use format factory to convert them to other formats if need be.

    I would do that but it's an hour long documentary

    How is that a problem? The conversion would be approx. real time.
