Has anyone come across ESB's HALO service? They're offering a "free independent home energy survey" to homeowners. Seems like this is competition for BER.

All the recent large tenders in htis area seem to have gone to northern companies, is this because of lower wages up there.:eek:

Might be, but indirectly.

That said there is a guy in my gym who does them and he is from South Dublin.
