E4 and E4 plus 1 both have stopped working

I have Chorus Digital and the two E4s are just a black screen. Is anyone else having this problem. All the other channels are working perfectly though.

Have already done a reboot etc

I have the same problem - Access Denied. In Dublin 11. reboot, etc has not worked.

Both channels are working, this evening. Didn't notice any problem yesterday. May have been a local glich.

It was a 3rd party problem at the transponder/satellite. Out of UPC's control.
