Some stations full-screen, others are letterbox

Got a new chorus box there, and I'm basically having the problems stated in the thread's title. Any suggestions? Additionally, I can't seem to get rid of subtitles, throughout. Much appreciated, Kev

Menu->Setting->Preference Setting->Subtitle Language -> Off

Menu->Settings->Tv Setting->Tv format->Widescreen
