Chorus is QVC gone?

I have chorus digital and QVC has been gone off the list of channels since December.
It used to be on channel 505.

I've rang them up about it and they sent out a repair guy and he he took a look at the box and said there's nothing wrong with the box and said the channel had been cut off.
I've rang them up again about it there recently and they rang me back and said they'd send out another repair guy but this is completely pointless if there is nothing wrong with the box.
QVC is apparently still part of the package and should be on our boxes according to who I was talking to on the phone.

Could some other people who have chorus(especially around the midlands) check if they still have QVC on channel 505 and post here if you don't have it?
