Not asking for much are you? An A or B answer?

Go back over the poems and write a summary and personal response to each. Come up with a general intro that will suit any title and a conclusion. Failing actually writing an essay yourself, go and buy a revision book, they usually have a general essay on each poet. However, you do know that a sample answer won't get you an A or B, right? The essay HAS to address the exam question.

While a critique of his poetry is appreciated (and yes, he did seem like a bit of a dickhead) perhaps you could have phrased it a tad more eloquently? ;)

OP I'd have to agree with deemark. Really you're not gonna get far by learning off sample essays; they don't ask the same question over and over again.

would you prefer if i called him a penis head??
    Or a gentialia head?

P.s. i have nothing against Yeats! he is prob my favourite poet!

ok just remember his main pointers
    • memorable symbolism
    • evocative imagery
    • powerful syntax
    • his personal approach
    • philosophical views
    • personification
If you make a really good opening saying what your going to discuss IN THE RIGHT ORDER...a powerful ending...and make a paragraph on each of these headings, you shud be doing well...

Remember only people with the right fluency get an A in english

    Good luck..:D
