Is anyone else getting this? I *think* it may be local to the new HD box. Got it installed a couple of months ago and every now and again on the HD channels only, I get a long noise like a beeeeeeeeeeeeep for about a minute, then I lose sound and then eventually it rights itself and the sound comes back after a couple of minutes.

Also my series link doesnt work now, it did initially and recorded a whole series but now when I choose series link, it appears in the TV planner as it should but never records the programme. If I choose not to record all programmes it works fine.

I think it may be a problem with the HD box itself but I'm not sure. Do these boxes upgrade themselves software wise ie through the cable? Havent seen a service upgrade message as yet.

the boxs normally upgrade themselves when they are in standby. and only when it isnt recording something
