    Why is it that when you transport something by car, it's called a shipment, but when you transport something by ship, it's called cargo?

    Well I have the answer to this one. It's because medicines/treatments are constantly changing and advancing.

    (not sure if you were being sarcastic but that's my answer anyway :))
