I have a bay window and I want to put up eyelet curtain. Ready made curtains are the best value but no size wide enough, has anyone any experience of or know if it is possible to put 2 sets of ready made eyelet curtains together?

Nothing to stop you hanging 2 pairs of eyelets and pin them together at the top.Have you covered the problem of getting them to travel past the angles-normally there will be a bracket at the angles which will restrict eyelets passing by.

How wide is the bay? Ready made curtains come up to 130"/330cm which is pretty big - you could comfortably cover a 15'/4.5m pole or rail with that.

OP - we put 2 sets of curtains together on our bay window.

We also got the poles and cut them to size in Woodies. 130 euros for the poles and 220 for the 4 ready made curtains.
The it cost 60 euro to get a woman to join them.
