Logitech mouse on mac is acting up

    I have a Logitech M305 Cordless Mouse - Ruby Red which i have used on my Dell laptop for months, when i got this Apple Mac OS X and i try using the mouse after about 5 minutes of using it it starts acting up and not moving.
    Anyone know why this happens, and how to fix it?

    Steermouse is the only driver I use for mice on OSX, with Logitechs and Apple mice, and it works flawlessly. Fully mappable too.
