Irish TV codes - how to find equivelent?

Hi, Im looking at picking up a tv so I had a look around here but want to buy on the web cause id say it's cheaper. The problem is I took down the codes and im finding that thoses codes are specific to Ireland. Is there any way to change the codes so that it will show me ones from the uk? Thanks
