Decade: Best Character of the Decade

Rules
- Best Character of the Decade on ANY PLATFORM
- No more than 3 Nominations per person, please.

- To ensure a good spread across the decade, at least one of your 3 nominees must be from 2000-2004 (all 3 can be from that era if you want!)

- Please specify the game(s) and the console(s) they are on.
- Game must have been released on or after January 1st 2000 (search for the game on www.gamefaqs.com and look at the data tab for a release date).
- Nominations of Games for all regions are applicable, providing the games work on PAL consoles (N/A for PCs)
- Vote will take place soon.

I swear you do it to be different sometimes. I am only a portion of the way through Persona 3 but this character (or any character in P3) would have to undergo a personality tranplant before the game is over to be nominated for such an award. Theres just nothing there so far.
