I have to buy a barrel of oil.a local supplier quoted me E380. is this good value?

we bought a barrell last year which i think cost €420. it was the cheapest at the time of the better brands. that was mobil oil. prices must have come down a bit. there is a person advertising for about €310 on the farmers journal. look at the classifields and you can see his ad. there is a picture with blue and silver barrells in it. probably a queer make though

i will know again around april/may how much a barrell is this year when all the tractors get there annual service and the barrell is ordered
