Have to say I dont like that onxy tack either, it just screams 'rich chav'. They claim that they design the build the stuff themselves but its obviously just a bodykit & rims thats bought in from someone else. Also I notice that all their adds have contain the line 'truely one of a kind' even if its just a bog standard DB9, R8, Bentley GT etc

Since when do 'DB9, R8, Bentley GT' and 'bog standard' belong in the same sentence!?!

I seen a red Ferrari 355 with an LK reg on the N7 near Rathcoole today.

Last Saturday evening i seen the orange Lamborghini Gallardo driving around Ballsbridge. Thats was a bit risky as there was still snow and ice around at that stage. He may have 4wd but the double decker buses sliding around did not...

It is , I know where this round about it, I think it's the one near airside. Thing is he had to drive around the roundabout as nothing can enter the roaundabout from that side/direction.
I'm sure like me when he's see something different he thinks "Must get a pic of that and put it on boards

lads that Onyx stuff is tat, the kinda ****e you'd expect a spotty teenager to put on a Corsa.

It makes the Overfinch look tasteful.

    an idea of prices:

Carbon fibre A and B pillar trims €1599
    Those wheels are €2599
    Onyx mats €325
    +50bhp remap €999
    Onyx badges €299
    Rear Spoiler €1099
Those bumpers are €1000 each (you'd think they could afford to colour code the parking sensors for that)

These are all plus VAT and fitting/delivery by the way.

So for the extras on that jeep you're talking €28k

must have paid for the Sport badge aswell. does a proper RR Sport come in the 2.4l??.....Dont get why people do that

speaking of common, today is my birthday and I am changing my boring little micra for a Corolla ( chant dramatically in a 'just one cornetto ' accent.delicious!) and will feel like several zillion bucks as I hurtle along at normal speed without everybody else overtaking me. Who needs a merc anyway?

I wouldn't go for a Merc, but there are huge differences between cars. You'll notice, that when you go from the Micra to the Corolla, that you don't need the can-opener either anymore and it might be a bit more comfy :) Having a nice bigger car is not about speed, it's about comfort. ... Sure .. more power/speed is a nice side effect.

Happy birthday anyway and back on to topic :D
