    I got a mushroom pate in a tube today from the health food shop. It tastes nice at first but leaves an aftertaste. Does anyone have any recipes so it's not wasted?

    personally I love the taste! however my mam used to use them for veggie breakfast fries I think, like start frying the veg (mushrooms peppers etc) and then mix it in? sounds a bit watery but I swear she did it! and mammy~bitch knows how to make tasty things! I'll ask her
