UPC Billing

Can anyone tell me if UPC bill monthly or bi monthly? Ive just discovered they have been taking what we were originally paying every 2 months out of my account every month.. yes I know I should have been checking but I didnt and now I find this.. thieving b*stards!!! :mad: Tox

Monthly billing, though the first month could be almost double due to advance fees

Looks like two options as we are billed bi-monthly (from their website (FAQs): All new customers are billed monthly or bi-monthly), perhaps give them a call tomorrow to check which you are.

well I was bi monthly and never got any notification saying it was changing.. and suddenly they are billing me every month for the same amount that the bi monthly charge was for..

Not impressed.. :mad:

I had BB and Analogue TV with them and was billed bi-monthly.

However I moved to BB, Digital and Phone and was placed on a monthly bill.
